I am a leader – first, of myself, then others – a principled and change-driven servant leader with a heartset that values the human life and its dignity above every other thing, a mindset that prioritizes learning and understanding and sees opportunities for growth, improvement, change and possibilities, and a skillset that finds solutions, builds systems and get desired results with and through people.

My story is shaped by poverty, pain, people’s sacrifices, love and grace. It’s an endeavor to tear down barriers and build a community of women achievers, to facilitate personal growth, promote good leadership, and provide transparency and accountability in financial management through quality audit. My story is a tale of grace, determination and resilience, where every obstacle is met with unwavering hope and a commitment to spread love and hope to others. I am an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA USA), Chartered Accountant (ACCA UK) and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG), with over 8 years of experience working as an auditor, having a deep understanding of financial systems, accounting standards, auditing standards and practices, and regulatory compliance. Beyond my professional career, I am also a passionate advocate for social change, leadership development and women empowerment. Here are some of my impact tools: • Founder, LiFTGhana - Uplifting ladies and children from the many challenges they face in society. • Founding Member and Associate Director at The Gracedlife Leadership Centre - Raising principled change-driven servant leaders to pioneer Africa’s development and transformation. • Podcast Host, Lift Podcast - A show to inspire, motivate and transform women through the stories of other women. • Author, Created to Rule - A book on dealing with misogyny, sexism, abuse, discrimination and the many challenges women face and encouraging women to thrive and not just survive in life.
